Englewood Days is a tradition we have brought back where folks get together in the fall and have a celebration. Our third revival will be Saturday, September 8th, 2007.
We want to celebrate who we are by having some fun and helping the community. There will be a sidewalk sale, car show, and dog show (pets only, please). The Greater Englewood Chamber of Commerce will, separately, be putting on the Taste of Englewood food-sampling event the same day.
Profits from Englewood Days will be given to Positively! Englewood(R), an all-volunteer group offering scholarships for kids to use at the Englewood Recreation Center and in team sports participation. The money is distributed through the Englewood Recreation Department to young people who need a little help.
The anticipated cost for Englewood Days is $18,000 - $20,000. An itemized budget can be provided upon request. We are asking for sponsors at all levels.
What will sponsoring bring you? All who sponsor with $250 or more are eligible for Englewood Days Sidewalk Sale vendor space at no extra charge. Your business will gain community exposure and notoriety. We will have banners, posters, and flyers thanking those who contribute. You will be helping to build up and bring spirit to our community and businesses.

Englewood residents and the Englewood Merchants Assoc., a committee of the Greater Englewood Chamber of Commerce, are coordinating this event.
